Halifax Wedding Florist — Twig & Twine Floristry

We ended our 2019 wedding season at one of my most favourite Nova Scotia venues Oceanstone Seaside Resort with Kara & Blake’s New Years Eve Wedding. For personal flowers Kara chose lush white blooms and foliage for herself and her bridesmaids, which where the perfect compliment to her incredible custom Katrina Tuttle gown. Kara had three of the sweetest flower girls. For them we did mini bouquets to match with soft touches of blue.

Kara and Blake’s ceremony took place in the main lodge of Oceanstone; the most gorgeous neutral setting for an indoor winter wedding. We dressed up the gold stands from Glow Event Store with trailing greenery and nestled a two statement arrangements on top. We also draped some greenery overhead amongst hanging twinkle lights which was so pretty for an evening ceremony.

For the reception we created some lush centrepieces arranged in our rental compote vases which complimented the rest of the details from Glow The Event Store so perfectly. Lastly behind Kara and Blake’s head table we did a sprawling arrangement along the fireplace mantle which looked so dreamy for these gorgeous photos captured by Evan MacMaster Photography. Truly the most perfect New Years Eve wedding!
