A Classic Wedding at The Lord Nelson Hotel in Halifax

Jenny & Jesse were married at The Lord Nelson Hotel in the heart of Downtown Halifax. Which just happens to be one of the easiest venues to hold a wedding, because the classic and elegant design of the hotel does not leave needing much in terms of decor. We were so happy to work with Caitlin from Gray Weddings and Events to execute this wedding - she is just the best! For the ceremony we made a very dainty floral garland which hung over their candle lit backdrop. It was so simple and beautiful. For the tables in the reception we played off the gorgeous glass crystal of the chandeliers throughout the hotel, using all clear glass compotes and bud vases for the florals. I absolutely love how this turned out with the neutrals, soft butter yellows and caramel tones of the flowers. Enjoy a peak of their photos by Evan McMaster Photography below!
