Cozy Winter Wedding at The Halifax Seaport Market

One of my favourite elements from Sidney & Ians wedding were the gowns they chose. We drew inspiration for the floral palette from the flowy mauve fabrics in Sidneys Bridesmaids dresses, which looked so incredible next to her own custom Katrina Tuttle Gown. We went with silvery lavender tones mixed with dramatic dark foliage and some black scabiosa - I loved this contrast so much!

When I dropped of Sidney’s bouquets on the morning of the wedding they were in the midst of getting glammed by Selena Marchand and Lindsay Algee. Sidney & Ian’s wedding took place in November, and I love that the coziness of the first look photos by Terri-Lynn Warren Photography embrace our Nova Scotian seasonal changes. As does the gorgeous evening candle lit ceremony planned and designed by our talented friends at Elegant Productions.
